They Managed to Resolve Issues

They charged my card immediately upon placing the order. The crates were supposed to be delivered today, but there was no confirmation call or delivery. I couldn't reach anyone for assistance, leaving me unprepared for my move. I feared I would have to pay extra for another service. Update: I raised my rating to 3 stars as they acknowledged the missed delivery and rectified it promptly the next morning. The crates have arrived and look great. Thank you.
