Over the past year, the company has gained my trust, primarily due to the appointment of a remarkable property manager who oversees our management needs. As someone in the property management field, I appreciate how demanding the role can be, especially when faced with budgets that are often unrealistic. What I admire most about this manager is his unwavering commitment to meet the expectations of both residents and tenants. Regardless of how minor the concern may be, whether it’s a damaged fence, a window issue, or any other property-related matter, he always responds without delay. He takes the time to reassure me as a homeowner and strives to find effective solutions. His professionalism and dependability truly make a significant impact. I genuinely hope the company recognizes the value of his contributions and, selfishly, that he remains with us for the long haul. I would also like to extend my gratitude to another team member, who has been equally impressive in addressing concerns and offering professional support. Both are tremendous assets to the company.

The service has been unacceptable. Last January, roofers were hired to replace the fascia on my building, which led to a leak in my spare room, resulting in mould. I reached out to the service, and they contacted a roofer only after I followed up. The roofer came, assessed the situation, and left without informing me of the outcome. I had to check back with the service, only to be told the issue was resolved. Unfortunately, the leak returned with the wet weather this November and December. My follow-up inquiries went unanswered, and when I called again, I was told they were still in touch with the roofer. I haven’t heard back since. My wall is damaged, and the mould poses a health risk. However, I consistently receive communication from the service when it comes to payments. This company needs to be held accountable for their negligence.
The management of the flats has been shockingly inadequate since this company took over. Residents have faced a significant rise in service charges, and the overall condition of the building has declined. Although an emergency number has been provided, it seems ineffective. I experienced a serious issue and needed to use that number, but help only arrived after the Fire Services intervened. A recent fire risk assessment revealed numerous management failures. It is unclear why the Directors are not taking action to change management companies. Their role as Directors seems questionable given the current situation.
The customer service is absolutely unacceptable; they rarely answer calls. There have been threatening letters sent to elderly residents, and it took six months to fix the lift in a home for seniors. This company should not be in operation.
This review is solely for one exceptional staff member. The previous manager was unhelpful, but this manager is always courteous, professional, and communicates effectively. I am truly thankful to have such a capable property manager, which makes a significant difference.
I find myself constantly chasing for basic maintenance to be completed. Accurate financial statements are rare, and there are concerns about whether they truly prioritize the best interests of residents. After several years of dealing with them, I can confidently say that if it were up to me, they would have been dismissed long ago.
If I could give zero stars, I would! This is the most greedy and incompetent management team I have ever dealt with in my 18 years as a landlord. They impose excessive fees and show no willingness to address concerns. They seem more focused on collecting payments than providing any real service. I will definitely share my negative experience widely.
