Don’t use this company anymore

I’ve been requesting a change of domain for 2 weeks now. I’ve sent them 2 tickets. They replied to one saying it will be transferred in 48 hours. Nothing happened so I sent them another ticket with the same request but no reply this time. I waited but nothing happened. So I’ve sent a third ticket and an email requesting a termination of the contract and refund of my money. They never replied to either of them. I’m so disappointed with the level of service. Don’t use this company.

Keep billing after you cancel

Got invoice after I paid like they wanted me to pay twice didn't use service cancelled before renewal date keep getting invoices, put in ticket was told they would cancel but I am still getting past due invoices very scammy feeling
