Appalling customer service & non existent Customer Care

Poor customer service.Customer service treated me like an idiot and refused to give me access to my site after they crashed it.Had to hire an IT consultant to retrieve my site.Disgusting customer service.If you value your site I would NOT recommend this companyIf I could give a negative star I would 😡😡14/6/22 - AdditionThe lengths this company is going to, to have this review removed is despicable. Claiming they have never spoken to me and I don't have an account.I don't have an account because they closed it after being called out about their practice. Not once have they reached out to me to discuss the review or try to make amends at all.19/6/22 Response.I made this review to show others my experience of the company, it just so happens its a negative one.I will not discuss the particulares of the case on a public website as that is poor practice.
