The support is virtually non-existent! My website frequently goes down without explanation, and responses to support tickets take ages. I cancelled my subscription at the end of July 2025, but they still took two payments, even though my website is hosted elsewhere now. I've sent tickets and emails without any replies, so I’m now contacting my bank to block further payments. I recommend avoiding this service!
This is undoubtedly a scam. The hosting can’t handle more than one visitor at a time. It seems like a reseller with a fake website. Most links on the homepage don’t work, and the phone number is also non-functional. Support has ignored my inquiries for over a week, and cPanel access is unavailable. It’s overpriced even if it worked and had support. I suggest finding a different provider.

I wish I could give a negative score and report this as a scam. Like many others, I signed up to help someone with a university project website. I cancelled in April and received confirmation, yet three additional payments have been deducted since. My support ticket was closed immediately, so I reopened it, but it's being ignored. I tried calling their listed number—it's nonexistent. I also attempted to access their social media through the website, but the link is broken. I regret not reading reviews beforehand. I will be contacting my bank and the fraud team, as there seems to be no way to stop these payments.
I can only give one star since zero isn’t an option. I haven’t used my website since May 2024, yet monthly subscriptions continued despite my account being set to manual renewal. I thought I had closed my account multiple times. I even received an offer from their retention team to remain a customer, which I declined. I discovered recently that my account wasn’t closed, and they kept charging me. After raising this with them, they claimed no record of my closure request and said refunds are only available for a 90-day period. Another payment was taken today. I’ve raised another ticket requesting account closure, a full refund, and all communication records. If the response isn’t satisfactory, I plan to dispute the unauthorized charges with my bank.
