Actually, they don’t even deserve this one star. There is defect with the bag. When pulling the zip for the first time, it snapped! How can this happen to a so called premium leather material bag. Asked for return, partner with lousy delivery partner which keep saying they don’t do return service. Wrote email for 3 weeks and online chat, no one bothers. “We remain at your disposal” what a lovely tag in your email but you don’t even reply. You mean to dispose your bag??? Bad brand. Bad quality. Bad customer experience. DO NOT BUY
