Review Time
I have received the initial portion of my order, however, the second portion was not delivered according to the agreed-upon schedule. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out to the shop, I have not received any response from them. This lack of responsiveness and poor customer service has led me to feel disappointed and dissatisfied with their overall service standards. Moreover, this experience has caused me to question their reliability and has left a negative impression on me. Consequently, I am hesitant to make any future purchases from the shop. Edit: I'm giving the service one star because it has been exactly one month since my purchase, and the rest of my shipment still hasn't arrived. Although I was told that the shipping company would be in contact with me on the 19th, I haven't received any updates from them yet.
I bought 2 bags from them, had a great experience with the first one so I ordered the second and this is where I wish I paid more attention on the bad comment and reviews that I saw onInstagram! I received a bag with multiple defects, there is fading in many spots, I talked with the customer service and they were sorry but they told me that the damage was caused by me using the bag, basically a bag that loses it's color after 10 days! So they did not accept a return or maybe take it back to adjust it. They invest in influencers, but not on quality or customer care! I had cheaper bags that lasted longer! So I don't recommend them!
I’ve order three bags from polene. All arrived on time on two separate occasions. However, after some time of using it the quality is quite bad. The stitching is coming out. The tonca in duo sandalwood leather bits on the strap is coming out. The number ten (numero dix) in monochrome camel the bottom stitching is out and the repair will cost the same as the bag. The only bag without a problem so far is the cyme mini in textured camel. I wouldn’t recommend them for the quality. Though their designs are good/cute their quality doesn’t match.
