Review Time
Honestly was skeptical initially because of the reviews here but my bags came in perfect condition, the correct ones and way ahead of time! They got delivered to my door step on the 4th working day. Quality is amazing. Would 100% have more confidence to purchase again.
Very upset to be writing this as I have bags of impeccable quality. However I ordered a small item (belt) over a week ago and it has not even shipped, despite paying for delivery that should take 7 days max. No reply to my emails either. Really shocking. The quality has to be reflected in the service too otherwise you cannot even begin to call yourself a luxury brand.
Bought the Numéro Dix bag as a birthday gift to my friend (she wanted to upgrade her uniqlo bag) and was a bit afraid to buy it so last minute (needed the bag within a week) once most of the reviews seemed to report issues with the products, delivery time, etc.Took the chance after reading a few reviews claiming that the UK delivery was quicker than expected. After a few days there were no updates and I started to become a bit concerned, so I emailed the costumer service and they were super nice and helpful! After a few hours the bag's label was created, the next day it was shipped, and delivered! The website suggests 6 days to have the items delivered, but it was super quick once it was dispatched!
I ordered from polene Paris a month ago, I was so excited for my bag, it came very quickly, however, had a design flaw in the stitching! After speaking with customer service, who were really helpful and sooo friendly, they helped me to replace the bag. The new bag was in perfect condition and I am so happy with the quality. Would 100% purchase another polene piece after the help and quality they stand by.
At the end of July I ordered an item, gave the correct address but on the confirmation saw it had taken the paypal address so I reached out to customer service to please cancel the order. They assured me they could change the delivery address and I believed them. Now more than a month had gone by and I neither have my item nor a refund and customer service has ghosted me. Be careful.
Bag was returned due to quality issue. Confirmation received from courier that it has been returned to the warehouse. It has been nearly a month and there was no update on the refund. Emails to customer service asking for an update were ignored.
I ordered the Numero dix olive bag on Sunday, I received it to my UK address Wednesday, was very impressed with the super fast delivery. I was skeptical because of the poor reviews on here but the bag is lovely and was packaged very well. Hopefully I won't have any issues with it :-).
We ordered Numero Un Textured black but we received Numero Un Trio black!! We have messaged them on facebook and email them but no response made yet. I have been so excited to have this bag since I see their ads almost every freaking day so I gave in.. And they seem to try to startup as one of the luxury brands. BUT IF THEY WILL HAVE THIS ISSUE AGAIN AND AGAIN, HOW WILL THEY LEVEL THEMSELVES AS "LUXURY" when they do not give you the minimum customer service!I mean having wrong item delivered to you is just so CHEAP!!! I know it can happen but if it happens multiple times then certainly there is something WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY!!!THE STRESS AND HASSLE COULD NOT EQUATE TO THE EXCITEMENT OF ACTUALLY OWNING ONE BAG!!Horror!! Please give us the right item or simply give us a cash back to avoid the hassle!!!!EDIT: I’m changing my rating from 2 to 4 since this has been resolved within my proposed due date. To be honest, I messaged them multiple times and when finally, we agreed to return the wrong bag and replaced it with the correct bag, everything went smoothly. Good thing, i am just from europe so the delivery is not so much an issue. I would like to comment Thomas from polene customer service for being patient and understanding. Dhl service is far from our place so after the first waybill, he issued me another one which can be collected from our place instead. Everything was smooth, and even the delivery itself is on time. Well of course i did not imagine i would going through this but i hope polene starts to fix their warehousing issue and do quality control every purchase. If they really wanted to brand themselves as luxury, they have to get their act and be actually one. Polene has so much potential, i honestly love their bags, its quality and design. Marketing is already a done deal since this is where they are good at. Only thing to fix is warehouse issue, store presence and customer service. Aside from that, polene will leverage themselves with other luxury brands.Anyways, thanks for making this right.
