Review Time
I placed my order on November 22 and still haven't received it. I requested cancellation, and although they offered a discount, I still received nothing. They claimed it was delivered, but it wasn’t. They said it arrived at 1 PM, but it was actually 11 AM; I called them out on their falsehood, and now they have stopped responding.
I've been waiting for a package for 29 days! I provided a comprehensive update on the delivery details, only to discover it was all a scam! Please be cautious. Now it states the package was delivered??? WHERE? I've learned to check reviews before buying… and it was through a social media platform that allows scammers to promote their products!
I never received my order; they provided a non-functional tracking number. The support team claims they will refund me, but nothing has happened. No order and no refund. CLEARLY A FRAUD. I found them through social media! Still waiting since I placed the order in November.
I would rate this seller with zero stars if I had the option. They are a complete scam. They charged my card but never shipped my order, consistently sending fake delivery updates while the package was never delivered.
