WARNING ABOUT POLENE - CUSTOMER SERVICE

WARNING: PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM POLENE! Polene has a terrible customer service, this is the worst customer service I ever have experienced. FYI, I pre-ordered a bag on 2/5, but I didn't receive the bag until 3/6. Unfortunately, it is too small for me to keep. I requested a return authorization for this bag on the same day, 3/6. I never got any response, so I emailed Polene again on 3/7, then I emailed again twice today, and there is no response. If I knew that Polene had such bad reviews regarding their return, I would not purchase the bag. It is beyond frustrating that Polene does not care about their customers. Please provide me with a return voucher or RMA# to return the bag within your return policy requirements. Please save yourself from this nightmare...

Great bag, 10-day delivery

I’ve read all of those reviews and got scared that will have to wait for a long time to get my bag, but was pleasantly surprised that it came pretty fast. I agree that customer support should hire more people to be able to reply to all the emails on time, but overall I’m very happy with my bag and a wait time of 10 days.

DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of customer service! I have been trying to get hold of them for a week as I need to return my bag (EU32449) as I ordered a larger model instead. It was a mistake to order another one. This is beneath all criticism. How can such a large company ruin its reputation by not giving its customers the opportunity to return. It says on the website that you have a 15-day right of return, which you then have the right to use, so the company is doing something that is illegal. Will never ever recommend this bad company.

Slow costumer service

I have written to the costumer service many times, but haven’t received any respons… I have bought a pre-order bag 15/1 and I just received it 3th march. The bag was beautiful, but didn’t suit me, so I want to return. I tried the return site,But could’t, so I hope that I still can return the bag,… just saw here in trustpilot, that it has been difficult to reach out for costumer service and return process.. I bought 6bags from Polene

I bought 6bags from Polene. Except for number one un nano, which has a very small stain when I received it, the rest of the bags are excellent. I want to buy a few more for some special occasion.I really want to know how long will the Polène bag last if used carefully?

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever. Orderded 16/02 - NL4133.Received the confirmation e-mail and website is showing 6-7 business days for delivery. The truth ; 01/03 and still no shiping confirmation.Called like a thousand times to the only number showing on their website - no response at all. I wonder if there is anyone that is even taking the phone ? So second option ; e-mail sent 27/02. No response at all 2 days later... It's no pre-order model.I'm even starting to wonder if I should go to the store in Paris. Because this is just so bad..

Appalling return process and customer service

The items are beautiful, no doubt. But the customer service is really appalling. I have been trying to return my pre-ordered bag as the colour looked very different on the screen. however they system would not allow you to return items which have been pre-ordered and instead one needs to contact customer service directly. I have don't this however a week on and several follow up emails and so far now respond.

I bought the Polene numéro sept mini…

I bought the Polene numéro sept mini and within days, the clasp ring fell off making opening the bag impossible! Luckily, customer service was quick to send me a return label and refund. The bag itself was good quality but the hardware has a major design flaw and even before it broke, opening it with the ring wasn’t stable

This was a pre-order purchase... when it had arrived I was so disappointed to find there was a defect with the bag, I contacted customer care team who took everything in hand straight away and had arranged for my package to be sent back and another package to be delivered. Everything went perfectly.The packaging was in perfect condition.A well-made, beautiful quality and elegant bag. I was happy and will enjoy the bag in years to come. Thank you for resolving this matter quickly and keeping me informed every step of the way. I hope to purchase again and I'll recommend.Thank you so much ♥️
