This product fits neatly on the cross bar between the saddle and handlebar. The shaped cushion is a nice extra for comfort. My dog got used to being in the seat really quickly, we didn't do any practice runs, I just put him straight into the seat and off we went! Customer service was great, I was in France and needed a replacement piece (my fault) and Rob arranged this quickly with overseas shipping. Definitely recommend this product over a trailer seat, my dog loved being close to me when we were riding along.
After having my bike stolen with my cross bar on it, fortunately I had taken my dog seat off, I contacted pooch my ride who couldn't have been more helpful. I recieved another cross bar within a couple of days, so Lily my dog can enjoy riding with me again on my spare bike. We both love the seat and she always looks forward to being up on the bike with me. Great product
From the moment we pre ordered our ‘pooch my ride’, we were updated on a regular basis. The product packaging and ease of installation is great. We had a minor hiccup with a wrong part but Andrew dealt with it in a very professional manor and we received a replacement the following day.
