We had a seamless experience with the service. We were assigned to various phases throughout the pool development process, and everyone we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Our pool began construction in early September and was finished by the end of October, so we haven't had the chance to swim in it yet. Nonetheless, we eagerly anticipate enjoying it with our family next year!

Pool town got the job done! The process is a major construction project so of course there were bumps along the way but pool town always made sure that the issues got handled and fixed. At the end there were some issues with my township and pool town helped me out and made sure they got the township what they wanted. Now we have our dream backyard oasis. We couldn’t be more happy with our pool!

Pooltown built my pool and it was wonderful and professional service from sales through construction. I had no worries and was able to just leave the project in their hands. Everything came out beautiful and we are so happy and satisfied. The biggest concerns for me was the planning, the permits, and having to find all the people to do the various parts of construction and with Pooltown everything was taken care of for us. I highly recommend Pooltown for building the pool of your dreams.
