It was refunded on February 1st and it is now the 21st. They don’t refund the rides. Beware. If the ride goes according to plan then it all goes well. But if you have an emergency then you are screwed

I've been using this app for the past two years to find rides and share my own. It's convenient for booking, safe, and I usually find rides easily. I highly recommend it, especially in a place where public transport is limited. My only concern is the rising booking fees, which have increased from $4 to $5. For shorter distances, some users are opting to pay cash to avoid fees. I believe a percentage-based fee could be a better approach.
