Mike presented options to keep us thinking and made us aware of units at both ends of our price range and age limits. The broker and closing agent interfaced with seller and finance, so we did not have to, at least as much. From offer to close in less than 10 days. Our brokerage team met us on site twice and allowed us time to get to know our new RV before we moved to close.
