Elle Morrison is amazing. She continues to send possible RV's and is extremely responsive when we ask to change some of the filters. She responds M-F and even on the weekends! We found an RV we want to see and she immediately contacted the local retailer and we are all set up to go on Saturday. Whether this is the right RV for us or not...we will have to wait and see. But Elle is absolutely fantastic to work with and a real asset to Pop Sales!
I wanted to thank you Joe for everything you've done in promoting the boat and keeping me informed of activity levels being tracked by POPs. Joe was always available and ready to assist & answer any concerns I may have. This is the second time I've used POPs once with a Motorhome and then the boat. Both times the staff at POPs have handled business in a professional manner and always easy to work with. I strongly suggests the POPs group if selling your toys. The experience of buying a boat is hard. But with the knowledge and help from Ashton K. was awesome. When I thought thinks was wrong he reassured us everything was on schedule. He made the transaction for so easy and worked hard to get it done fast. Thank you Ashton.
Debbie sent out someone very promptly to take photos and familiarize themselves with the RV. That said, popsells has very poor communication and has not produced ONE lead or potential buyer. (Not one since February!) when I reach out I don’t get a response for several days if at all. My RV is priced lower than most that are similar, yet mine is bigger, newer and clear title. Pop obviously doesn’t take time to market. I would not recommend them.
The whole Popsells experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. After my first inquiry with 4 specific questions about a boat the Popsells responded with "its a nice boat, come and look" and answered nothing. Then i got a barrage of listings to my email.My next experience was not much better since the rep (nice enough guy) i got was in Oklahoma and the boat was in Florida. However they did have a FL rep meet me at the boat which was the only good part of the experience.They treat the sale like buying a house with contracts and closings and other BS. When you buyl/ a house you get occupancy and deed at closing. Not at Popsells. It has been nearly a month and no titles or other documentation have been delivered to me and the keys were turned over to a third party storage lot. In addition to the 10% they charge the seller, the buyer pays $495.What a scam for poor service!!!if you find a boat or RV listed by Popsells do your homework and find the owner and work around them
