From the moment we first made contact, through the viewing appointments, and finally to the completion of the purchase of our RV, Mike was always available and very responsive. Other employees from the company were involved in the rest of the process, and everyone, absolutely everyone, was extremely competent and courteous. I found it a huge advantage that the entire transaction, including the financing, was handled by a single source. I felt well taken care of at all times, and Troy, who oversaw the contractual arrangements, was also an important part of the process. The entire process was never overwhelming, but always informative. At no point did I feel like I had to buy something or was being pressured.
