I finally found the motorhome I wanted three states away and winter was closing in. I contacted pop RV from the ad and reached Bill VonHeeder. He answered all my questions quickly, or got the answers for me, put me in touch with a lending company, and was available anytime, during or after business hours, to assist me. Once our offer was accepted, I was put in touch with the Closing Agent, Bradley Jones. He also was extremely prompt and professional in answering my questions and getting all documentation to me when needed. The sale went through without a hitch and I would recommend the staff at POP to anyone in the market for an RV. Thank you both, Bill and Brad. You made me feel like the only customer in the world and that meant so much to me.
Everyone that I interacted with was very informative and helpful. Aaron, Ryan, and Sandra. They were quick to respond any time I reached out.
