Review Time
Took over two weeks to arrive. The shipment was from China - I got the impression I was supporting a local business but I think they are actually based in Europe and ship their products from China. This is absolutely no different from buying the same product from Amazon, except you'd have it delivered a whole lot quicker. I'm also unconvinced that the quality is any better than you'd find on Amazon. Overall, an underwhelming experience.
I bought 2 products from this company which has added up to a fair amount. One is great, would recommend. The second didn't work stick or work correctly the customer service have suggested that I buy some foam tape to fix the problem with their product, rather any actually help or replacement. Considering the product lasted under a week, I would seriously question if anyone should buy their products.
I ordered 3 lights and was impressed by the light, nice and warm, not harsh. We put them in a cupboard where we keep the coats, as it was difficult to see anything in there. I love that they can be recharged so no searching for batteries. I ordered 3 more and had a query which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I have recommended these to friends and neighbours.
