No zero score unfortunately. Service department that really didn’t provide a service. Had my spyder

No zero score unfortunately. Service department that really didn’t provide a service. Had my spyder in for a service. Oil was replaced only to the minimum level. When I called on my way home, they didn’t call me back. Finally got hold of someone who then told me I was wrong and that the correct level was put in the car. I topped the car up myself as I gave up trying to get the service manager to admit a simple error and remedy the situation. Customer service and listening doesn’t cost anything. I then got the most fanciful story as to why my windscreen washer jet had been adjusted (so that it missed the screen all together) again excuse after excuse. The service is of the standard of a back street mechanic from the 1980s. Avoid, Avoid and Avoid.

Fantastic service, thorough staff. Much better than Porsche Hatfield

WOW this dealership surpasses the others – I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with hatfield who were inadequate and a Youtuber new more about the PCM than they did! Katelyn is amazing and restored my faith in Porshce and is a credit to the team, who are all amazing and when I walked through the door I was greeted with warm smiles. Because of their attentiveness and can do attitude I will buy a Porsche again and again. After Hatfiedl I had regretted buying one. 5*!

If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would! Jason was absolutely first class from the first phone call to the collection today. It was a toss up between two cars - 1 at High Wycombe and one at Porsche Brooklands - Brooklands were awful and Jason & the team were exceptional so in the end no choice! Thank you so much I love my GT4! To all those current and future Porsche owners High Wycombe Porsche is going to be hard to beat. Thanks again all James !

terrible terrible service could never…

terrible terrible service could never use againbought an approved used porsche taycan 4s with only 2k of miles on delivered wednesday 4th december 2024 put it on charge friday 6th december at 9am after only doing around 30 miles as previous contract rental car still here and the taycan will not charge and also disables the vehicle so you cannot drive it, bonus ! checked the charger with another vehicle and that charges ok, notified porsche high wycombe of this issue - no problem they say porsche assistance will be called , er no its actually the AA that comes out and all they do is exactly what we were already doing anyway, ok they say we will get another car delivered to you by 4pm and we will arrange collection of yours and look at it urgentlycar collected at 3pm but 4pm comes and goes and now the sales rep whose new car it is cannot get home as no replacement car delivered , he has already lost his commission for the day because unable to visit customers and we as a company have lost sales turnover and profit for the day , still i think ok the car will be with them friday afternoon before 5pm and no doubt they will look at it saturday , er no.. no further correspondence from them until i start chasing monday morning 9th december, ohh we have not got the car yet , what ? is the recovery truck going via scotland, ireland and wales its been 2 1/2 days already!! then get a call mid morning 09/12/24 saying car here we will urgently look at it yet now after several emails to high wycombe porsche and porsche uk without reply and we are at 6.15pm on the 09/12/24 and still no call back saying whats going on, and enterprise who provide the replacement car (dont ever think they will deliver a porsche loan vehicle.. lol..) who phoned this morning and took all the details off the driver and said a car will be with you this afternoon have not dropped a car off either, so yet again sales rep lost commission for another day we have lost profit and again he still could not get home and pick child up either day from pre school on his way home and his wife does not drive. what an utter shower this dealership is avoid at all costs £62k on a approved used porsche waste of time have asked for a full refund several times and all they say is you have no consumer protection its a business to business sale so that`s where we are at the say.. lovely, what a joy Sorry final point they say before delivery car will go thru 111 point checkYet when we looked at the Porsche app after delivery still highlights in all red full service required brake service required along with others highlighted in red . Begs the question how good is the 111 point new sales processThis branch is not a caring branch and I doubt in the running for Porsche dealer of the year or even second hand car dealer in high Wycombe award This is our fourth purchase from a Porsche dealer and luckily the first 3 from a different dealer where a much better experience if this had been our first ever Porsche purchase I would have been put off for life

Tried to buy a Macan 4 from this…

Tried to buy a Macan 4 from this dealership, the sales team provided me with an initial quote, which needed some tweaking. Email after email and no amended quote was forthcoming. Maybe my age and grey hair suggested to the young sales team that I was not a valid customer, I don’t know, but not helpful at all.
