Computer says no…

Trying to purchase a car from these people, responsiveness is slow and poor and there is no appetite to sell just 'computer says no' attitude.

Shocking customer service

Leaving a two star rating is being very generous. Currently have a case open with the Motoring ombudsman with this bunch of scammers. My 991.2 Turbo s was booked in for simple rear wiper washer and sunroof drains to be cleared. First appointment i waited while they took 4 hours to replace the rear wiper washer that was letting water in car, I was told a very tricky item to get to. So when i got home a day or two later noticed still wet, i thought i would get to wiper and see if tricky, its a one hour job max and when i pulled simple clip on panel off i could see the old 2017 grubby worn washer still on the rear wiper and not a thing had been done. I was raging, they apologised and said they service adviser will oversee the job next time.So car gets booked in at the end of last year and i didnt see it again for 2 months and one week. I non stop had to chase and call, they never offered courtesy car and i was told each time on email that another issue had happened on car... every week a new issue was reported..from...air bag module, seat bag module, awaiting trim clips from Germany, full foam section under carpet needed replacing, interior stripped out (it never was), then told pump on axle lift broken, next when it was due back i was told the pipe to axle lift had a hole....the list went on and on.very frustrated by now, as car was low miles and mint but seemed to have so many issues. finally end of 2025 im told car will be dropped off, i waited in all day, not one call from them, so i called them again and told they had killed the battery ( in fact they never put it trickle charge at all for over 2 months) So the next day i took time out my work again to wait in for delivery, and guess what....no call no email..i had to call them this time told more delays, by now id had enough and demanded to see all the job cards for these jobs.It was then the aftersales manager had to speak to me and admit he was very embarrassed that the service advisor had simply made up every single of of the above issues, he aid they dont normally work like this but they had overbooked and instead of calling to offer me a courtesy car/ re book / or ask to hang onto car they just lied. I went in to see them with all the emails showing all the correspondence. AND the washer job and sunroof drains STILL had not been done, so the manager there got them quickly done the next day, was about 3 hours of work max. I explained if my car was not under warranty this would be fraud asking me to fix all these jobs . I was then offered a pathetic £500 compensation, not even close to covering my wasted time and two months warranty time lost. When i wrote to Porsche GB to explain, my jaw hit the floor, they basically said its not really their issue as it is the dealership itself. ..AND was told i was given a cheap free rucksack anyway (they had left over from an event night before) and a new battery (which they had damaged anyway by not keeping on slow charge as it was perfectly healthy before the car had even had its 111 check a month before at Nottingham). So the worst customer service i have ever had, funnily i met a guy there had a GTS that had also been in over 2 months and he told me the day he collected and drove out from there the pipe failed again that had been done. so car was straight back in again. Clearly not just me.Porsche GB and this dealer clearly DO NOT VALUE customers that much, i change my car each year and will never go back to them. After all the hassle i decide a month ago to sell the Porsche as another issue they meant to have fixed with spoiler re occurred, i couldnt stand going through the pain again and sold the car on. As a brand they need to look how this dealership operate an how they treat customers that could be loyal but lose faith after being treated this way. Ive now moved onto another premium brand now and already happier with the service.

Awful Customer Service

Awful Customer Service. Bought a car based on their health check - came to put the warranty on and then they said it wouldn't qualify as the tyres were incorrect (which contracted what they said initially). Completely their mistake - if you are going to buy a Porsche DO NOT use this dealership

Poor customer support

Very poor communication from service team and front desk at the dealership. Called the dealership 2-3 times on different dates to get quote for some maintenance work on my car, everytime I had to leave my details but no update whatsoever. Also tried to book an appointment with online portal, again no response for booking confirmation at all. Seems customer support and follow-up is non existent.

Service Department Visit

Visited the service department, very poor experience. They don’t listen or help. No flexibility or interest. They said I was not a known client to them, they have just opened so I said I may not be known at this moment but I am a potential future customer - didn’t seem to understand that either.Absolute shambles, although they continually quote how many years experience they collectively have in other Porsche dealers, none of it shows, total lack of professionalism and courtesy.Premium brand and terrible service - avoid this dealership.

I would like to say a big thank you to…

I would like to say a big thank you to Eliot and his team at Porsche Centre High Wycombe for a 5 star service provided to me in the ordering, preparation and handover, of my new to me Porsche. The car was exceptionally well presented with new ppf and ceramic coating.Throughout the whole process, Eliot was exceptional in dealing with all my queries and sorting out the whole buying process. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was made as easy and straightforward as possible.Porsche Pro Ella made it easy for me to understand the latest tech on the car and made the connection of the car to the, my porsche account and app, a breeze. The centre is a wonderful modern 2 storey showroom and adjacent service centre, all the staff were welcoming and friendly. The Centre is well worth a visit to peruse the magnificent cars on offer.I would definitely recommend this OPC to anyone thinking of purchasing a new or approved used vehicle.

Wow- new standards

Wow. Porsche dealers are notoriously badly but this lot set new standards of poor quality- a) don't listen b) zero attention to detail c) not very bright people d) appalling management who couldn't care lessPorsche's sell themselves. Being a salesman at a dealership should be the easiest job in the world but seemingly it is beyond the employees at Porsche High Wycombe.I have spent £300,000 on Porsches this year and this lot made me feel like I was buying a 1982 Ford Fiesta. I run a significant and expensive car fleet so I think I have an idea what a good dealership looks like and it is not this lotSome highlightsWhen I first met the salesman, I explained how useless my experience was with Porsche West London earlier in the year and specifically about not providing the registration number so I could insure the car. How we all laughed at their incompetence. Porsche High Wycombe then proceeded to do the sameTrade in- didn't bother to look at the car. Our trade in was in perfect condition and they offered me average trade. Also I was really honest and had £3,000 of work done before trade in which was seamlessly pocketedI then asked for quote for finance. The salesman got the finance amount and the down payment the wrong way round so gave me a quote for the wrong loanWhat do I need to pay on completion? A simple question but apparently not. Amazingly they forgot to knock off the trade inDelivery- despite all of the above they then delivered a car without the tracker set up so it had to go backI then asked for contact details for the salesman's manager. The answer was "Martin". What do I do next without phone or e mail details. Perhaps a Ouija board. BrainlessI finally speak to Martin about the comedy performance and he agrees to pay me £750 "today"10 days later, no sign of it. Martin tells me he will investigate and get back to me "today" which obviously he fails to doThen I speak to Martin's boss. The story he has been fed bears not even a passing resemblance to my experience. His staff have lied through their teeth and this seems to be fineFirst rate people employ first rate people. Second rate people employ third rate people. At Porsche dealerships fifth rate people employ 10th rate peopleI showed a draft of this review to the Centre Principal. He didn't disagree with the factual accuracy. I also gave him a final chance to address the issues- he declined
