Fantastic overall experience from Hayley Holland and all her team from the Taunton office. This being our very first purchase, Hayley made us feel extremely comfortable asking questions. She was always quick to respond never left us wondering what was going on. We had a completion date in mind and they completely smashed it! From start to finish our purchase was 7 weeks, couldn’t have done that without the help of Hayley, Oliver, Abi and Caitlin.If you want quick, helpful and friendly service, I would 100% recommend them to anyone. We asked Caron Abbot of Porter Dodson's Sherborne office to act for us in selling a property. Caron was a pleasure to deal with - polite, to the point, patient especially given the buyer's side of the sale were decidedly fussy, and extremely punctual in handling the communications between the parties. I wouldn't hesitate to ask Caron for help again should we have further legal needs. My wife and I would give Caron a 5star rating however a rather less than satisfactory experience with another branch of Porter Dodson in Wells relating to a different area of business a couple of years ago prevents us giving Porter Dodson as a firm full marks.
