Following a snap decision to take advantage of a McCarthy Stone part-exchange offer, things moved very quickly. Without the ongoing advice and support of the Yeovil office, I would have found myself completely overwhelmed. I cannot speak highly enough of all those involved. We have recently come to the end of a protracted sale/purchase journey. We are very happy with how a number of difficult and frustrating twists and turns were managed by Hayley Holland, assisted by Emma Bottomley. Speed of initial response - although the Solicitor Robert was on leave his paralegal Steve B(?) immediately picked up the job and noticed that since my late Wife's demise 6 months ago the Land Registry had not processed the altered ownership. In cooperation with my Solicitor who I have used for the some years the matter was resolved amazingly quickly, to my relief.Robert came up to see me as I was unable to drive for 3 months following a heart attack and was able to put my mind at rest on several issues.Every dealing I had with Porter Dobson was efficient, friendly and speedy.I was in need of support and always received it.I wholeheartedly commend the people who handled my case
