Reena and Jennifer worked hard to keep us updated and explain in every detail the procedure of selling and buying. Reena replied by return any enquiries we came up against and was always polite and understanding She came over as a person who was on your side at all times.. It was useful to liaise via the Taunton office but it would have been nice to put a face to the voices
Our house purchase was handled smoothly and it was straight forward to work with Reena and Beckie. The conveyancing process can seem complicated with lots of legal jargon, but everything was explained to us in a easy to understand way. All of our queries were anwsered promptly, we almost always had a response to our emails the same day, if not within half an hour or so which was really helpful and reassuring during the final stages of the process. We'd heard from many friends who had purchased a house with online only solicitors that it was often difficult, if not impossible, to contact anyone; so having someone local who was easily contactable was really important to us. We'll certainly be using Porter Dodson again in the future.
Excellent…. First class from start to finish. This was an employment dispute. Initial interaction was with Dawn Cleveland. Great first impressions of the company, understood my position and initially under a tight schedule my end but was not a problem. Case was passed to Kate Shawcross. Kate was brilliant.
