My family have used PD for a number of years now. Peter Cook set up wills for my wife and I, and then my parents. More recently Michael Fitzgerald has helped immensely with my late step father's estate and LPA for my elderly mother who has dementia. This week Michael has met with myself and my brother and his approach is excellent; thorough and transparent but always with empathetic understanding of our personal situation. Michael has been particularly excellent with our Mum, who was very reassured by his calm and caring manner. Legal fees are always expensive but Michael is transparent about possible costs and advices accordingly. With PD and Michael I trust in the work being first class and knowing that I have received the best possible advice. I would highly recommend them.

Robyn provided a highly professional and guided approach when helping with the disposal of assets of my late brother’s small estate. I found other staff at PD friendly and approachable. My only whinge is not directly with PD but the GOV and the SRA who advise the exorbitant hourly rates charged in this profession as they disproportionately affect the outcome of small estate value.
