We had lousie Wooten for our first house purchase we couldn’t fault her at all she went absolutely above and beyond and did everything she could to make this happen for our first home. We had all paper work filled in and done our side within 2 weeks and If we had any questions we could phone or email and 9 times out of 10 she would answer instant. She had her work cut out for our sale as wasn’t exactly straight forward but she made it happen and went that extra step, we are so glad we went for this company yes a little more expensive but you get what you pay for. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.
Throughout the recent sale of our leasehold flat, we were very impressed with the efficiency, patience and responsiveness of Tanya Hopkins and Carol Goodland in the Yeovil office. Jodi Street was the solicitor for my family law case, and I will forever be grateful for the work she put in for myself and my family. Jodi is easy to contact, honest, diligent and I felt able to talk to her openly from the beginning. She worked the case well, ensured I had the best representation in court that I could’ve possibly had, whilst also encouraging me to add my true self into statements. She truly cares about who she is representing, and it was clear that the family team within Porter Dodson work cohesively and effectively for their clients. Circumstances meant that I had to relocate temporarily, but at no point did that have impact on the quality of work or level of communication.It’s been a year since the hearing finished and 6 months since I no longer required a solicitor - and memories are (thankfully!!) starting to feel less vivid. Following a snap decision to take advantage of a McCarthy Stone part-exchange offer, things moved very quickly.
