I'm disappointed to write this review because they do offer great products. However, recently their service has been lacking. They promised 2-day shipping for the UK, but it took over a week, and I received no updates about my order's shipment. I contacted customer support but received no response. After further communication with a representative, this issue was mostly resolved. While I can't give a high rating, they have been more communicative throughout the process.
I can only say: high-quality products. The styling results are incredible and 'effortless' (the tutorials are helpful too). Delivered in under a week (shipped to another country). Overall, a fantastic customer experience; I will be placing another order soon.
