Review Time
My order never arrived, my Shop app, where I made the purchase from, said the order was 'returned'. I shared screenshots with Posh Peanut, and two weeks later, they have not issued a refund nor taken any steps to resolve the matter, such as resending the package. Instead, I had to report them to my credit card company. I've had one successful delivery from the company before, but things happen and Posh should have taken responsibility and trusted their Shop app partners. I was astounded at the horrible customer service and will not be putting myself through that again.
The Posh Peanut Team went above and beyond to help ensure I received my order!! They provided such a high level of care and attention to sort out the issue I was facing and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Truly the best customer service team!!
I was very upset when my order got returned to the company when I personally made in error in the shipping address and had heard they don’t reship, but much to my surprise I had an amazing experience with Queen who was very responsive and kept me up to date and even got the items reshipped for me. Looking forward to opening my little girl’s highly anticipated Halloween order!
