After many attempts to find my missing package (going door to door to neighbors and calling USPS), I finally had to email to see if i could get a reshipment. My item was out of stock but Queen so graciously gave me a full refund! Her understanding and patience was exemplary! Thank you again!
I accidentally ordered two of the same items and I immediately wrote the posh team and within 30 minutes on a Friday they had my issue resolved and my money was instantly refunded. Customer service doesn’t get any better than that. We will always shop posh.
Petty PeanutKicks people out of VIP group for liking a post about how bad their shipping has gotten. It took you guys 15 days to ship an item to New York. That’s ridiculous. The quality has gone downhill since I started ordering in 2020. Wish they would learn to take criticism and fix it rather than be petty. I love your prints but can’t support a company who acts like this. Will miss it but thanks for saving me money.
I have been shopping around for baby clothes, and accessories at many different online companies for a new baby due in January. I have been comparing the clothing, customer service, and shipping. Posh Peanut is absolutely one of my favorite companies so far. The products (diaper bag and accessories) seem to be well made with really nice quality, and look so STYLISH as well as the baby clothes. The Customer service is EXCELLENT they get back to whatever question you have right away, and are very helpful. The shipping is always in a timely manner as well.
I could cry from relief and joy right now. I love Posh Peanut. I love their clothes, I think the designs, styles and fit are so cute. But a lot of people also feel this way so sometimes when a new print is released, it sells out quickly. I panicked during my purchase today. Shoppay was giving me errors delivering to my address. I opted to ship it to my sister instead, since it was accepting her delivery address. But in my haste to check out before I missed out, I accidentally sent it to my sister’s old address. She moved a little over a year ago. I just hadn’t sent her anything using Shoppay since her move. I immediately emailed Posh’s customer care team. I know they must have been inundated with requests since it was the day of a very popular drop. I also know that typically, addresses cannot be changed in the system. Especially on drop days. But Queen came to my rescue. She did update my address. My sister and I were literally trying to call the post office about how to intercept the package. I was checking to see if I could just reorder but the items had since sold out. The people in my sister’s old house had kept a couple packages that had been delivered there by accident before so I was so worried. But she was able to change it for me. I am beyond thankful. I really thought I was just going to be out of luck. But Queen saved the day! Queen is a queen!!!!!!
Order never received. I was cooperative with all company protocols including following up with all post offices in person, submitted a claim with Posh to the postal service, being reassured that they would help figure situation out, and waited months just to be told "sorry there's nothing more we can do from our end" despite having video documentation of the postal delivery worker not delivering the distinctive green Posh package to my home. For how expensive Posh merchandise is, the fact that they did not even offer a merchandise credit in good faith for my $60 order placed back in August and it is now October 19th is disgraceful.
