They don’t care about customers

The package came from UK in 3 days to the post office in Oslo and after more than 3 weeks I called to see what is going on. The package was lost and they didn’t even bother to tell me.Very bad service! Try use something else but “Posten”!

It has been 2 weeks since I send a package from Oslo to Germany and it still hasn’t arrived. They said it will arrive within 5 days. I have called the costumer service and they very rude and not helpful at all. I do not know if it will arrive or not. All these days no information nothing. The worst experience ever!

they returned the item and charged me the tax on it , and one time they sent it somewere else and gave it out and then again charged me tax on it , even that tax was paid before in all cases , they focus on more LBT than doing their postal work ,

This is unfortunately the worst postal…

This is unfortunately the worst postal service I have ever experienced. A small package is measured extremely strictly by the centimeter, even though packaging can naturally expand a couple of centimeters during transport. It feels unreasonable and not customer-friendly. I have used many other postal services before and have never experienced such a rigid and petty handling of package size. I hope you will consider more flexible and realistic rules for measuring small packages.

Wrong delivery point

Even though on my posten app, i have stated my preferred pick up point (which is next to my apartment) they continually send packages to a completely different delivery pick up point which is much further away.Idiots

One star cause you can’t leave 0.Ridiculous: I was standing AT THE DOOR, waiting for the postman to get off the van and get the parcel, but nobody rang. They waited 10 seconds, did not even leave the vehicle and drove away. Now the app is blatantly lying and saying I was not present.Terrible at their job and disrespectful.

Extremely low

Absolutely incompetent, one package had TWO delays. I lived in norway for the past 10 years, I order monthly. I NEVER have a smooth experience. They either process the packages slow so they can't send them immediately after recieving. Awful experience.
