Den ble ikke levert til pakkeskapet, og det er tydelig hvem som hadde pakken i det øyeblikket. Likevel forsøker selskapet å feie alt under teppet. Denne gangen anmelder vi saken til politiet, for ingen andre steder i Europa finnes det en så elendig kundeservice. Det er så pinlig at det har sluttet å være morsomt."
My package is missing no one can help me. Go to the sending point they said call to customer service and Call cutomer sercice said can not help then go back again to sending point telling me again call to customer servicr. Even i show my receipt but no one can help. So bad service Posten Norway at Roa Hadeland
I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of accountability shown by Posten regarding delays with my parcel. Despite reaching out for assistance, the response I received was vague and unhelpful, reflecting an indifference to customer concerns.While I understand that some services may not guarantee specific delivery times, this does not excuse excessive delays or the failure to ensure reliable service. Instead of addressing the issue directly, Posten shifted responsibility to the sender, leaving me caught in the middle of a frustrating and unproductive blame game.This lack of coordination and professionalism between Posten and its partners is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect better communication, accountability, and a commitment to resolving issues rather than deflecting responsibility.Posten needs to improve its processes, prioritize customer concerns, and take ownership of service issues. Until then, I cannot recommend their services and would advise others to be cautious when relying on Posten for important deliveries.Poor delivery time and very poor customer service .
Total garbage of company. If you can just take other companies to do the job.They supposed to deliver to address one of packages never did, courier never been to my address (got the picture of his truck 50m away from my house on the main road), never bothered to ring before or during "delivery", sent the message to their customer service, got the reply that based on their gps postman been at my address, which never happened.They should also collect from me another package, never did, just placed the label in the deliverybox with note to deliver it to my local post office. Now man need to do THEIR job? What the Heck? So complain about this been sent, they replied with "they don't collect packages", sorry didn't know the kings and knights that can't be bothered to do their job "work" at posten.Also they will try to charge you for nothing, if you send the package, do your own pictures of dimensions and weight the package on your own before you send it as those thiefs will try to fraud you on extra centimeter too wide parcel (that could be squished due to their "gentle" postmans).Not to mention their customer service will just stop responding to mails when they want.AVOID.Take postnord or other service providers instead.
