I sent a letter with 25 Nok stamp,,instead of 31 Nok.I dont know post prices,but in a souvenir shop a lady sold me and put the stamp on my envelope. Now i got a bill from 81 Nok. Because 6 Nok is the different between 25 and 35 and the post now ask from me 14 times more!? 81NOK to pay It was not my mistake and posten.no ask Lots of money why they registered the "mistake".On their website no email contact,,just chatbot ,robotchat and same useless contacts!
The parcel was «attempted delivered» but could not be delivered due to the lack of a name on the mailbox.I live in a building with a POST ROOM!The name is very clearly marked, no problem getting mail here the last 4-5 years, except for today. Now I have to wait another 4 days, for a package that was supposed to be here yesterday. The slowest/most lazy postal service in all of Norway.From now on I will reach out to sellers, I’ll gladly pay more, just to avoid posten.
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an urgent item sent from Oslo to Copenhagen on April 16th. The contents included important travel documents intended for immediate use, and your failure to deliver on time has now caused irreparable damage.Despite being sent almost two weeks ago, the letter only left Oslo on April 25th. This is completely unacceptable. Your stated delivery time for international letters to Denmark is up to 5 working days, yet 11 days later, the shipment has still not arrived.Because of your delay and lack of professionalism, the travel documents could not be used as intended, resulting in serious personal and financial consequences. We are now too late for critical appointments and plans — entire opportunities have been lost due to your incompetence.Moreover, the staff member who handled the letter at your branch was unfriendly.This behavior was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Do you want broken or bent packages?Do you want even packages with holes?Do you want a service that never can find your international tracking number?Do you want to send domestic and wait month for arrival of your packages?Do you want a company that does not feel responsible for any of the above and don't give refunds?If you answered yes to any of these questions, then i have good news for you.Avoid posten.no if you care for your packages.
People cant explain why using one postal code, customer gets packages to 3 different places. Ofc setting "favorite pick up points" in app doesnt mean NOTHING!. In addition Very incompetent people on chat - they close chat instead of resolve issue or give information. Is that how to resolve problems?
Worst company ever. I had all information required on my package including a customs declaration form and my package was returned without notify and the reason was “missing custom forms declaration”. I spoke to Maria from customer support and she didn’t help me at all. Don’t use this trash company! You will Not get anybody to help you and your package will be returned for a stupid reason like the one they gave me. Awful experience.
Shameful incompetence, everytime we book home delivery here in Ullevål Hageby to our door (4/4 consecutive times) and sit there waiting 4 hours we get a message that they couldn't deliver, no one home. We even see the delivery vehicle drive by and it doesn't stop. UNBELIEVABLE!Hire some responsible drivers!
Worst post in entire Europe. I was living UK, Poland, Germany and Netherlands and simple package travelling 1.5 week (20km distance from post office to my place) is a disaster in 21th century. You should learn from other countries how deliveries should look like. Disaster. Disaster. Disaster. Never again!
