Review Time
This says 10 free screens and then pay for additional. I set up 4 a few months later i get a message i must update my license has expired. I log on and it telling me i must sign up for a plan 1) 49 a month 2) 490 a month 3) 690 a month. I send them a message and they are now saying: The free 10 screens lasts for the the first 3 months after that you will need to choose a plan to continue the service. This is a BAIT AND SWITCH. Which is illegal in America. Except when signing up it takes you to a .co.uk webpage so now im assuming this is how they get away with it.
Setting up was super easy! The business pro package is really cost effective for us, for less than $500 per month we can have over a hundred screens, which was costing us alot more when we were using YoDeck (we were paying over $1200 per month). PosterBooking's support team gave us a personalized demo call to teach us how to use the web software. It's so much more simple and quicker to set up! They also shared helpful links and contact details for any questions later on, compared to YoDeck's support which was painfully slow.
The freescreens initially drew us in, and setting themup was quick and hassle-free. Customizingwith our content and graphics was seamless.We eventually upgraded to a paid planbecause the pricing was far more competitivethan alternatives like ScreenCloud andYodeck.
We have been using PosterBooking digital signage software across 13 convenience stores, and it is really quick and easy to set up. It took us less than 5 minutes to set up each screen on android devices, and PosterBooking allows us to remotely manage them all from one location.It is easily one of the best digital signage platforms we have used, and best value for money.
My free account all of the sudden shut down without warning. A notice that they were ending free services would have been nice. We found out by a red screen showing up to our customers saying to contact admin. Then I get on the site to check and ask I can get to is a screen wanting à credit card number.
Posterbooking.com advertise themselves as I contacted support, they advised all free accounts are subject to a 3 month free trial and you now have to pay.The terms and conditions you sign up to at https://posterbooking[dot]co[dot]uk/register do not stipulate a free trial period.This could have been easily resolved by either informing all free accounts of the terms and conditions change or by continuing to honour the free accounts however; their support are insistent their terms and conditions that were agreed to stipulate a 3 month trial period. Seriously - check them out for yourself - they do not!
