Review Time
Like many others, I was drawn to Posterbooking because it was a free solution to display our presentations on tv screens. Unfortunately, without any notice at all, Posterbooking have removed the free option completely and no I am locked out of my account unless I agree to pay them £24 per month for their basic plan.I completely get that they need to make money, however, they could have reduced the functionality of the free plan to a couple of screens or at least give some notice of the changes, so I'm really disappointed with their lack of integrity to their users. I also feel like a jump from FREE to £288 per year is a big jump to expect users to pay so unfortunately I will be looking at other solutions.

They have been awesome to work with.Their digital advertising screens are high-quality and deliver clear, crisp visuals. sadly, they no longer offer the free plan.. cannot justify the cost for 2 screens! They still advertise the free plan in various places (even on this review site "Free Digital Signage Software by PosterBooking") and now I have lost access to my media, screens as cannot do anything until I pay!!
I was using the product under their free plan. In June 2023, I was informed that they would be adding a watermark to all screens starting July 1st which I was ok with. July 20 I logged into their software was locked out of using it unless I upgraded to a plan that would cost $30 for the Basic plan or $297 for the professional plan for the year. They free offering will end August 5th. I was not given any email notice of this change and I cannot manage any of my content as the management screen is locked. I'll be looking for a new company that values its customers enough to provide proper notice of changes.
