Fake company. Avoid. The address for contact is for Beaconsfield Services off the M40 in Buckinghamshire. If you've already ordered and paid then unlucky.I used PayPal to pay for a £21.99 item with £3.99 postage. A total of £25.98 so it said at the time and on the email invoice. They actually took £31.18 from PayPal.
DON'T TRUST THEM!I've entered my address correctly and I've been waiting for 2 weeks for delivery. Today I got a notification from the delivery company saying the item has been returned to sender as the address was incorrect!I've tried to contact the sender, but I haven't heard anything back yet.
If I could give this company 1/2 a star I would. Where do I start?I ordered a silky smooth hair eraser from this company. It took 3 weeks to arrive and after fully charging according to the instructions it did not work.I contacted them, they asked me to send a video less than 20mb of the item not working. What a load of foolishness. I sent the video plus pictures of the damaged box and they said the item was checked in the warehouse and all I needed to do was to make some "adjustments". I am not a technician, so I don't know what they meant. They refused a refund and apologised for the inconvenience.I opened a dispute with PayPal and they then agreed to a refund if I sent the item all the way back from the UK to China even though there is a shipping label with a UK address on it. PayPal resolution was worst than useless. Because the seller agreed to refund I was was required to return to item before it could be paid. The item was charged including shopping at £23.95 although I was invoiced for £19.95. Shipping costs to return it from the UK was £22+.The company offered me $5 and the "benefit" of keeping the item that does not work. They are fully aware that the international shipping costs negate the benefit of getting a refund. PayPal said they would pay up to a maximum of £15 of return shipping costs. For all the hassle it takes one has to really weigh up if it is worth it.This company advertises on Instagram and after ordering they are difficult to locate. Support only responded to my emails several days later and that was after I contacted them on PayPal. They are scammers who know how to play the PayPal game. Avoid them at all costsEdit; PayPal did redeem itself when it saw the dilemma that the seller had put me in and offered a voucher as a goodwill gesture. I don't know if this is common practice but I don't often raise disputes and I have been a longstanding customer so it did help to resolve the matter as this seller was not shifting!
Retro Vintage Street Beret Cap Avoid Practicek at all costs. Also appear to use following names: ethhti Co.,Ltd, Not sure where to begin....1/ After ordering the above I was overcharged, received a series of emails telling me I would be refunded but I'm still waiting a refund2/ As I wasn't happy with responses wrt overcharge I requested the order be cancelled. I then received a series of emails with a different excuse as to why i could not cancel the order less than 12 hrs after submitting it.3/ The cap arrived yesterday (despite the online tracket saying it was currently being inspected by customs in USA) and it, to put it simply, is rubbish, cheap material, poorly made and looks like something worth £1.50 and not £15.4/ The email address for customer services - support @ 24hservice.vip which accompnaies the cap does not appear to be valid - gmail keeps returning 'Address Not Found' error so its unlikely I will hear from them again 5/ I have opened a dispute with Paypal but I think I can kiss goodbye to my £18I've only been bitten once before by online ordering and that again was via a META hosted social media platform. So that's me sticking to either Amazon or recognised brands in future.
