Extremely speedy response

Extremely speedy response, almost like they were sitting there waiting for my message. Able to come that day to diagnose the problem. This was done very efficiently and explained the problem clearly and what needed to be done.The re-lining of drains was undertaken the next day. The work was performed very promptly and neatly, but it is not cheap. However, investigating typical costs elsewhere it is probably in line with others. 10 year warranty which I hope won't be needed. The problem appears to have been sorted out.

The service guys were very prompt

The service guys were very prompt, and quickly got on with the unblocking activity. Had to get access to upstairs bathroom were very careful to ensure no mess during activity.
