Review Time
First time I have had to call upon a drainage engineer and how glad I am that I reached out to PSD. Filled in and submitted the online request for quote on a Sunday…., and received a call within a couple of hours. I explained the issues I faced to the PSD representative who was polite, friendly, and very informative. Having provided me with a quote which I accepted he went on to inform me that an Engineer would be with me in a couple of hours. A couple of hours later the PSD Engineer, Kian, arrived. After a quick briefing Kian got to work and cleared the drain blockage, which was substantial, in 30mins. Kian was great… he was cheerful, explained what he was doing and provided me with advice re drainage maintenance, and cracked on with the job in hand. Many Thanks and would definitely recommend. Mark
I won’t suggest this company at all. They said there’s no call out charge but they will charge you. The engineer didn’t do any work but the invoice stated that he has done the work using machinery. When I challenged them they got annoyed stating that they can’t provide a free service. Before you made any payment to this company please check the job that the engineer did. The staff over the phone doesn’t care whether the work has been carried out properly or not as they just want you to pay them. Its disappointing. 07.07.2025Thank you for your reply dated 27.06.2025.However, I met my tenant face to face and got a clarifications and it was confirmed that your engineer didn’t use the water jet but you guys were charged me for an investigation. Also, your staff who promised my tenant for a call back but didn’t call till date. This is nothing to do with my tenant. You guys say something when I booked the for a call out but eventually you have charged me for doing nothing. I’m not damaging your reputation but I’m telling the factual truth what exactly has happened. I know my tenant more than 10 years. My tenant has queried your staff why your engineer didn’t use the water jet? Till now, there was no reply from your end! If you guys are doing a great job why should I need to write a bad review?
Top quality work from the two guys I got in very short notice. Came in found out what was needed to be done and done it in no time. Good lads , on time, no messing just gets the job done. Will be advising any of my friends and family about PDS.
