Called out PDS late afternoon. They called and sorted out my blocked drains the same evening. Josh, was helpful and explained what the problem was and what was needed to rectify the issue. I would have no problem recommending PDS.

Brilliant service and reasonable, transparent pricing

Brilliant service-quick, efficient and the customer service is friendly both in person and via message setting it up.The price was very reasonable and they were transparent about costing up front. I only enquired on the Saturday and they were able to get someone out on Monday. Their customer service is 24 hours (so you get a very quick response to your questions)100% would recommend. I will definitely use them again!

The men who arrived clearly knew their job well.

The men who turned up were both pleasant and knowledgeable. They were clearly experienced and assessed the issue very quickly.I was perfectly satisfied with the service that I received and the fair and reasonable charge incurred. I would use this company again and gave a card to my neighbour.

Shower drain problem

Plumber arrived mid afternoon but I asked for a morning appointment He was very polite and assessed the issue with the shower drain and proceeded to try and clear it.Unfortunately after two hours trying he was unable to clear the drain.He was very apologetic and said he couldn’t do anything more, he took 20% of the invoice because the problem wasn’t resolved.
