Your engineer was extremely efficient

Your engineer was extremely efficient, cleared the drain blockage quickly and hosed the external area that had been flooded and contaminated with sewage.Communication with PDS main office was prompt, supportive and helpful.I would have no hesitation in contacting PDS with any future drainage issues.

Very rare to find office staff this helpful, answered all my questions and knew what needed to be done straight away. The operative arrived within 2 hours and cleared our drain in under half an hour and very reasonably priced too. Can’t recommend them enough!

Blocked sink drain pipe

The engineer arrived and immediately set to work after I explained the problem. Very friendly and efficient. The only reason I gave 4 stars is I thought the price of £57.50 for about 10 minutes of vacuum machine use rather expensive.
