I contacted the company because of a blocked toilet which infact was much more serious. The initial visit identified the problem was in fact roots from trees that were blocking the underground pipework. All of the engineers were very professional and made sure that I was kept informed about the progress. The solution to my problem was far from easy but I was very impressed by the way the engineers solved each difficulty. I also appreciated the way the office made certain that I was kept informed at each stage of the job. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone with similar problems.
Called PDS and the call was answered by Beth – her mannerisms were very pleasant and professional.She was able to get an engineer out that day. The Engineer came and gave us a true assessment of the job and the work that needed to be carried out.This work was also dealt with very professionally with minimal disruption and care was taken to finish the job correctly.George and his team were a pleasure to work with – highly recommend!
