Very very unorganized and unfriendly people. We have 5 people in our family and we had no problem with that for the shuttle on the way there, but on the return trip they would only allow 4 people to ride in the shuttle..my son had to Uber back to the garage even though we had an empty seat in the back..at least we used the tip we were going to give the driver to pay for the Uber.. we have used offsite parking many times in Miami for cruising and this is by far one of the worst experiences.. I would use a different company if you want hassle free and whatever you do don’t have 3 kids...lol
