Review Time
They told me that I could park my car until 3:30 and that the shutter was available to take us to the port until that same time..... we arrived at the garage at 3:05 and they told us that there was no shutter available to take us to the port ... at the end we had to park in the port and premier cruise parking did not want to return our money.
Arrival worked out fine. We arrived at the garage only waited a few moments do to the person in the car in front of us was having a hard time understanding the attendant. When that cleared up we were quickly on our way.Departure from the port was horrible. We arrived off the ship and to the designated area. There was a van from Premier there but unfortunately we did not make it on. The driver informed us that the next van was on its way. We continued standing at the same place, waving the paper that Premier gave us and told us to wave so that other would see us and everyone would gather at the same place. Several people followed directions and gathered behind us but others just laughed and moved closer to where the traffic was entering into the port. Well after standing for over 45 minutes the van stopped a distance away from us, closer to the entrance. Several people raced to get on. Most of us who were waiting after missing the last van remained standing and having to wait for the another van. Premier needs to develop a system so that passengers can be picked up in an orderly fashion based on when they arrived at the designated area.
Do not hesitate to use this company and park with them! We had no issues at all- easy peasy! The lot is located near the port (? 2miles) and is covered. Easy to find. Shuttle on the way home was quick. Great attitudes of shuttle drivers, would definitely park here again!Thank you!
