Review Time
We used Premier Cruise Parking when we took a cruise out of the Port of Miami 2 weeks ago. Parking and shuttle back to the pier was not a problem. Getting off the ship as always was a mob scene and there was one shuttle company going past one after another. All except this one. We waited close to an hour and a half. It seems they only have ONE shuttle. Unlike many did not have a luggage trailer behind it. The driver picked up people, but not enough room for us and others. Said another one would be by in about 5 minutes. Close to a half hour later one came. It was the same driver. I.E. they only have one shuttle van. Not sure what other companies have. This one just has spots in a multi story parking garage. Do not have their own lot.
It was not clear where I should park one person said one thing and someone else told us another. When we got off the cruis I didn’t see anyone for and a lady that was also waiting,she had to call the van and finally they came and it was to hot for that.

Smooth vehicle drop-off in garage; easy transfer to ship.When it became time for pick-up after the cruise, it took a while for the drive to arrive; but we were delivered straight to our car. Alas, there was urine on our car (we guess, someone relieved themselves on the deck above, and it came through the ceiling); and the drive home has an unpleasant smell until we hit a car wash. Obviously, this is not Premier's fault. So: overall good experience.
