We will definitely use their services again and they are highly recommended. Everything arrived in top condition. I was surprised that even the most dedicate items made it unscathed.
Moving from to Brazil is a complex process with many rules and regulations for shipping belongings. I had to deal with a variety of people in the company and their partner organizations and everyone responded quickly to issues that arose with clarity and support. I highly recommend them for international shipments.
I have used so many removals companies in my life but Premier Relocation just blew me away. We were let down at the last minute but Chris worked tirelessly to fit us in and also to navigate a number of last minute crises which meant the contents of a 4,000 sq ft house needed to go into storage with no notice. The crew was of such a high standard. They were polite, efficient and consistently went the extra mile. I honestly won’t use anyone else for removals ever again and I’m probably going to become a bore recommending them to everyone!!
We were very satisfied with the way Premier handled our international move. They responded quickly to all our questions and our stuff arrived in perfect condition. The only thing is that we would have liked to have been informed about the necessary paperwork at the country of destination beforehand. That would have saved us some trouble. But on the other hand, Premier helped us resolve it. Definitely recommend this company!
