Very disappointed with the process

Very disappointed with the process. Placed my order at the beginning of June. Gave them the benefit of the doubt with delivery times,but have since tried chasing it up with zero response from them. No emails received at all stating the order was even processed or dispatched. Have tried emailing several times and requested a refund or any information at all... still nothing! Feel like I've been completely scammed! Won't use again and certainly won't suggest them to anyone else.

Great Service

30£ for the shirt I bought (France away for Euro 2024) was great value. At checkout they state that it will take 21 days to fulfill the order and was fairly spot on with that also. Would recommend.

Not half bad for £30

When my order hadn't arrived after the expected 21 days, I emailed and received a standard response. However, shortly afterwards I received a dispatch email and the shirt arrived today. As suggested I ordered a size bigger and, you know what, for £30 it's pretty good - fit and quality are absolutely fine and I'll happily wear my shirt with pride!

Poor Customer Service

I order a football shirt from Premier Retros. It took a month to be delivered. I appreciate they state it can take 21 - 28 days, but they do not reply to emails, don’t provide updates, don’t provide a dispatch notification, don’t provide tracking and are to be honest a poor example of a customer focused business. I won’t be using them again, so ultimately they will continue to lose customers purely because they can’t get their act together and provide the basics that customers expect in 2024. Also, I’m pretty certain the shirt isn’t real, but that isn’t too much of a concern as my son is happy with it.

Do not order from them !!

Absolute joke of a company. Hadn’t received order and Royal Mail hadn’t left me any note so I contacted Premier Retros, after several emails back and forth their reply was “shut up mate and gies peace” followed by pathetic attempts claiming how they were trying to help me and that I should appreciate it instead of sending them “smart ar$e” replies. Can’t believe they are in business! AVOID

I orderd 30 of January and I only received 1 of my 2 shirts its now 3 JULY. I emailed them several times, but after a month I didn't feel like it anymore. I commented several times myself or on Facebook, but nothing.The shirt that did arrive was also damaged. If you want to buy a shirt, look for another site!!!this site is not worth it

Terrible quality and no customer service

Bought a retro top and the quality was terrible! A button missing on the collar ,a single line of white stitching that was supposed to be an embossed flag and a flag missing from the collar . I emailed with photos and gave them two weeks to reply still not heard anything! I would never use them again DH gate is half the price and twice the quality and takes the same amount of time to arrive ..

Decent for a unofficial shirt

Far as I’m concerned for an unofficial shirt, the quality was fairly good. Arrived in less than a month. No problems using the website and for a first timer buying an unofficial shirt I’d like to think it’s pretty good.

DO NOT ORDER

Tried to cancel my order within 1 hour of placing it after reading reviews. I couldn't even select my size on the site so had to put a note on my order. After weeks of ignoring several emails marked URGENT stating I need them to cancel my order they finally emailed back... To say they've updated the size on my order 😂 absolute shambles of a company.Will be claiming my money back through PayPal as soon as I can.
