Very happy customer

I have bought 3 shirts now, all arrived when stated and quality is excellent. Never had an issue with overseas delivery to Australia. Description clearly states 21 working days for delivery and it's been spot on every time.

*ORDER ELSEWHERE GUYS*Ordered a football top a size too small. And emailed them and they kindly agreed to swap it if I sent £5 to cover thier postage costs, which I did through PayPal.Sent the kit back in NOVEMBER and sent numerous follow up emails to see where the replacement is, and absolutely no response. Keep away from this company unless you want ripping off!!

AVOID THIS SITE!

AVOID THIS SITE!I'm only responding after seeing so many people that have had the same experience as me. I ordered a shirt from this business about 18 months ago, it never arrived. I contacted the business numerous times to be met with silence. I then left a message on the Premier Retros facebook page and I got a response stating that the shirt i had ordered had been sent but Royal Mail "must have messed up". I was asked if I wanted to reorder or an alternative. I chose to reorder. He then come back stating that that shirt was no longer available, asking if I'd like an alternative or a refund. I requested an alternative shirt with the same nameset and the original. I got a response back within the hour stating that all of a sudden, he'd found my original order and would post it out with the second shirt free of charge as an apology for waiting so long. "What a lovely gesture" I thought... Neither shirt arrived... After numerous further attempts to contact via email and Facebook (the Facebook account access was changed so that nobody could leave messages under pics or directly on the wall) I gave up and took it on the chin that I'd been scammed. More fool me for looking for the cheaper option. Once bitten an all that. Reading some of these other reviews, it seems an ongoing trend. How 'businesses' like this are still operating is beyond me.

Come across as absolute scammers

Ordered a Marseille shirt in October 2024.. emailed than 1 month later asking for an update on whether it had been shipped or an update on the request I made (because they have a special request section, such as name and number on the shirt etc). They did email back saying they couldn't get the shirt I was looking for, and would refund me if I liked.. I responded back "it's fine, can you send me what you have instead" I'm not about taking money out of businesses hands, I'd rather get the product as they have it then we're both happy (kind of).. it's now the end of December. 3 months in total, no delivery of the item. I hate having to badly review companies, but they deserve this. Avoid them at all costs as they are coming across like scammers who take the money and don't deliver on anything.

Poor customer service

I had ordered two tops back in August 2023. I gave the 3 week grace period and wanted to touch base for any sort of update, nothing. I tried again a few days later and got a reply the next day stating they'll get it out today. No problem, things happen. I asked for tracking and I was not given any. I received an excuse stating that it was Royal Mails fault I didn't get that. A day later I miraculously received one of the shirts. I inquired about the second, but still received no good information, no tracking. They eventually told me it must have been lost and then stopped responding altogether.
