Premier Retros not fit for purpose. Terrible customer service.

Ordered a shirt on the 21/11/23. Website stated orders placed before 28/11/23 would be guaranteed in time for Christmas. It’s the 9th of January and I am yet to receive my order. I have sent several emails asking for an update about my order but there has been no correspondence from Premier Retros. I have also messaged their social media pages. This company is not fit for purpose and their customer service is abysmal. I will be contacting trading standards if my order doesn’t arrive within the next week.

Placed an order on the 15th of December…

Placed an order on the 15th of December for a Christmas present for my dad fully aware it might not arrive in time but the level of professionalism he has shown is shocking with regards to my order and many others is not acceptable, if you are reading this review and others DO NOT buy from his website as he is a scammer , I will now have to call up my bank to try and get my money back that I went out and hard earned for Christmas presents .

Ordered on 19th November. No answer to emails requesting when it would arrive after 28 days. The Shirt arrived on Christmas Eve in the wrong size, received a medium instead of XL!! So disappointed. It was a Christmas present for my husband. I emailed on 24th December and asked for a replacement but no correspondence what’s so ever so far!I would avoid at all costs! No customer service shocking

Awful customer experience - Avoid

Awful customer experience. Placed an order on 24th November which was "guaranteed" to arrive in time for Christmas. I left it until the 16th December to send an email chaser as I had not heard anything and had not received anything. I did have a reply the next day saying that it would be "likely to be dispatched" on the 18th for midweek delivery. I then heard nothing again until the 20th when apparently the order had been completed and dispatched. Fast forward to now and I have still not received anything despite guaranteed Christmas delivery. I requested a refunded on 23rd December as i then safely assumed it would not arrive in time (as it was supposed to be a gift i had to scramble around last minute for something else instead). I have only just heard back about this now despite many chasers, and this is the response I received, copied and pasted.."Im no scammer pal, all payment methods are 100% secure and I have completed over 35k orders!!Your order was unfortunately delayed by customs and outwith our control. It is here now but as your being nasty and rude, you will be be refunded immediately.My sole purpose during this very busy period is to complete orders, not to answer the same daily emails from impatient customers. I am dealing with 5x normal order volume with 2 members of staff. I’m not JD sports mate we are a very small business. 99% of all orders made in November were completed in time for Xmas.No doubt you’ll be leaving a negative comment in trustpilot anyway, crack on pal. It makes no odds to me as I know how good my service is."Just to confirm I was never "nasty" or "rude". An example email from me to prove this - "At this point I do not believe my order is going to arrive prior to Christmas. It has not arrived and I have not heard anything back from you. I would therefore like to request a refund as soon as possible."All they needed to do was be honest and up front about the delay I would have accepted it, but the complete lack of response and now putting the blame on me is ridiculous. Literally unbelievable how unprofessional this company are, avoid like the plague.

Avoid avoid avoid..ordered on Nov 12th to ensure delivery for Christmas, received an email that day to say my order was being processed. Have heard nothing since, despite emailing and facebook messaging. Money gone from my account though.Very disappointing.

Ordered on 26th November for "guaranteed" delivery before Christmas, received no confirmation email, and no response to any email thereon. Put in a refund request through Paypal, responded next day, lmao, next man is a joke, avoid Premier Retros like the plague and pay more for better quality somewhere else that knows how to run a business instead of this circus.

Ordered a Bulgarian shirt for my dad…

Ordered a Bulgarian shirt for my dad for Christmas on the 25th of November and it arrived today. The shirt if good quality however it doesn’t look like a large it looks more like a medium and we only got an update when it was posted so the communication was a little bit poor. But overall I am happy and me and brother like it very much. I am definitely considering ordering another shirt form here again for me aswell!!
