Jono supported throughout the process and Tom was fantastic at helping when the car was slightly delayed due to them putting new wrap so it was good for me.I cannot fault Charlotte at all and to be honest I can’t thank her enough for her support, her constant check ups and also helping me no matter what issue or query I have. Massive shout out to her for being amazing! She’s relentless when reaching out to me and always goes above and beyond to make sure I have the best service. More companies should have charlottes!!!!!! Purchase my Macan GTS Mansory from them. Very happy with the vehicle. Before sale, till they had my money, very good service. Unfortunately they scam me on my Macan S part exchange. Value agreed on it, which I was supposed to get £335 back. NEVER HAPPENED! They paid the remaining final ballom payment to the finance company, then came up with hundreds excuses not to pay me the difference. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
