Very Happy with mobile service and customer service. Few hiccups occurred when trying to connect and I thought I'd be left stranded in Japan. Was able to reach out and speak with Anna who has been super helpful. Sim works perfectly in Hakuba ski mountains. I have a Samsung Note 10+ which allows me use of dual sin ( or have two sims at the same time)... a tip. Set the sim up once you reach your destination not before. I tried to do it in advance so that when I turned my phone on arrival to Japan it would work. That didn't go to plan and needed to delete the settings and restart all over again. Worked without a hitch second time round with the help from Anna. Unlimited 15 days will more than me enough. Google maps works great as well. I would recommend this physical sim. coverage is great and plan is affordale
