Horrible. Baaically the SIM was non operational from the getgo complete waste of money. Avoid this scam company at all costs. Seeking a refund once I get some connectivity.or back to my home country. SIM card worked in hotel WiFi with no additional data or roaming.. a complete flop just buy one at the airport.
On arrival at my destination in Southeast Asia, the physical data SIM failed to work in my Google Phone, reporting it as unsupported (worked fine in an iPhone). I emailed Prepaid SIMs from the airport and they promptly responded by the time I got to the hotel and resolved the issue by issuing a replacement eSIM. Fantastic service, highly recommend.Alvin the Travel SIM Guru lived up to his title. Thank you!
Had an issue, when I landed in Vietnam, the esim I purchased would not connect. At first I was annoyed as I'd heard dodgy companies sometimes sold used/expired esims and I thought I got scammed. Connected to the airport WiFi and emailed customer service quite rudely expecting not to get a reply. Got a very prompt reply from Alvin who after some back and forth figured out that my issue was from an old esim I deleted, that kept it's access point details as default so the new one wouldn't connect. Had nothing to do with the them, entirely my issue. Big thanks to Alvin who went above and beyond. Thanks again.
