Not even worth 1 star.

I wouldn't even give it one star. I ordered my dress, but the tracking info was poor. There’s no way to contact customer support; neither the phone number nor email works. My dress was supposedly delivered far from my location, and I can’t reach anyone. My emails keep bouncing back as undeliverable.

Similar experience to others.

Like others, I ordered a dress for an event on October 2nd but heard nothing for weeks. Eventually, it was sent, but after clearing customs, it said it was being returned. I never got a response when I inquired. Now, it suddenly shows as delivered three days ago, but nothing has arrived. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge since the company does not respond to my emails.
